Inquiry information
Terra Beacon Sourcing Privacy Policy
This page describes the information requested through the business inquiry interface. The form asks for a name, work email, optional company and phone, and a procurement requirement. Additional front-end choices can include a product, optional budget, currency, budget basis and supplier preference.
Information in your request
The selected product and purchasing preferences are combined with your original requirement in the submitted message. The visible requirement text is preserved while you prepare the form. Give the details needed to discuss a culture or packaging scope, quantity, destination and requested delivery date; avoid payment credentials and unnecessary personal information.
A work email provides a means to communicate about the request. Company and application details help establish its business context. Supplier discussions may require further clarification of the proposed culture, carrier, handling conditions, documentation or route. Identify confidential material before sharing it in any later sourcing discussion.
Local browser storage
The sourcing support notice stores its first display timestamp in local browser storage to apply a maximum seven-day automatic display window. Session storage records dismissal of the ticker during the browser session. The notice opens immediately on page entry within its display window; you can close it using its close control.
These browser values concern presentation of the support notice. Clearing local browser data removes them and can cause a new first-display record to be created. Browser restrictions may also prevent the values from being saved. Reduced-motion settings are respected by the notice styles.
Purpose and access questions
Inquiry information is provided to support the requested sourcing discussion. This page does not claim a deployed retention period, a completed supplier transfer or a specific production notification arrangement. The actual receiving and processing setup must be confirmed for the deployed service before operational claims are made.
To ask about a prior inquiry, use the contact form, identify the work email and request context, and state the correction or access question. Do not include someone else's information without authority. Public blog comments are a separate communication context and should not contain private procurement details.
External resources
Educational references and sharing links lead to external services with their own practices. Review their information before interacting. Reading a source does not establish a supplier relationship. The service terms explain the distinction between an inquiry and an agreed commercial order.
